Chancy Drugs offers the convenient automatic refill program as a valuable service to our customers. This voluntary program is available, at no extra charge, to any patient taking maintenance medications (those medications that are taken routinely every month). Some examples of maintenance medications would be blood pressure medication, oral diabetic medications, cholesterol medications and seizure medications.

The benefits of this program include:

• Medications that you consistently use will be refilled automatically
• Chancy Drugs will contact you when our records indicate that it is time for refills
• In the event that you have no refills available, we will contact your doctor ahead of time
• This program will improve your compliance by ensuring that your medications are always available to you

Guidelines:

1. You must be on a consistent, routine medication schedule.
2. Controlled medications and those that are taken “as needed” are not included in this program.
3. You must sign up for this program by filling out an Automatic Refill Program enrollment form.
4. Chancy Drugs will prepare you medications every month, automatically, two (2) days before their due date.
5. In the event that you have no refills, we will contact your physician.
6. Whenever possible, Chancy Drugs will set up all your maintenance medications to be filled on the same specific date each month. (We may be limited by some insurance requirements.)
7. Chancy Drugs will call you each month to remind you that your medications are ready for pickup or delivery.
8. If compliance is an issue, or you have problems remembering to take your medications, we can help. Ask about our multi-dose packaging services.
9. If any of your routine medications are discontinued or changed by your doctor, please call us immediately, otherwise we will continue to fill them monthly according to our records.
